Adella Raven Cortes Gilbert-Mikaelson (born Adella Cortes) is a recurring star in season two of Legacies. Adella is the hybrid daughter to Hiram and Marisol Cortes and is the younger sister to Benjamin and Veronica Cortes. She is the adoptive daughter to Niklaus Mikaelson and Alexandria Gilbert. She is the adoptive younger sister to Hope Mikaelson, Jaxon Salvatore, Nikolina Gilbert-Salvatore, and Lillian Gilbert-Salvatore. She is the adoptive older sister to Miranda, Jenna, and Nik Mikaelson.
Adella is biologically a member of the Cortes Family and the Garcia Family. Through adoption she is a member of the Mikaelson Family, Gilbert Family, Petrova Family, and Labonair Family. She also has ties to the Salvatore Family through Jax, Nina, and Lily being her adoptive siblings. She is by birthright of the Eternity Coven and Eclipse Coven.
Personality[]
Adella is a sweet girl but now she's willing to do anything to protect her family. She was the type of girl to believe anything anyone told them but since she was adopted into the Mikaelson Family she was quick to realize people will do anything to get what they want. She is known to be one of the two last surviving member of her biological family, though Adella wanted nothing to do with her sister she made an effort later on to get to know her. Adella is a loving person but mess with her she'll hurt or kill if she had to. Though Adella turned into a hybrid, being part vampire her humanity remains intact as she has family who love her and she knows the true meaning of love and family.
Physical Appearance[]
Adella is a beautiful teen who has brown thick hair almost to the mid of her back, and has chocolate brown eyes. Luna has said that her eyes sparkle in the sun.
Powers and Abilities[]
Adella was originally born a siphoner, a witch with no personal power, meaning she could practice magic only by siphoning it from another source of power. However, after becoming a vampire, she retained her siphoning abilities, allowing her to function as a witch-vampire hybrid.
Weaknesses[]
Adella had the typical weaknesses of a siphoner-witch. After dying and completing her transition, she had the typical weakness of a siphoner-witch non-Original vampire hybrid.
