They all have a talk about Always and Forever and that the Mikaelson's are not going anywhere. Jax is reading a book in his and his sisters room when the ghost of Grayson Gilbert, Miranda Sommers-Gilbert, and Jenna Sommers appears, seemling have been watching over him and his siblings.
Personality[]
Even when Jax was a baby, he was a fighter. He is also very intelligent as he was able to use his magic at a very young age. He seems to be a kind and gentle young boy, with a sweet and innocent persona. He is also rather lonely, never having any other kids her own age to play with other than his siblings, Lizzie and Josie Saltzman, and Sheila St. John-Bennett.
Jax, like his father is very compassionate, kind, noble, honorable, intelligent, athletic, responsible, academic, dutiful, a gentleman but now as a full Tribrid he's brooding, inscrutable, intense, kind, caring, empathetic, compassionate, loving, affectionate, heroic, noble, selfless, brave, intelligent, protective, and loyal.
Jax is a ripper he has a blood addiction if he drinks human or smells human blood. If he consumes copious amounts of human blood, his attitude can change as seen with his father. If unstable he can be volatile, unpredictable, rash, reckless, careless and can become highly destructive. The "ripper" side of him usually can cause him to push people away and become emotionally cold, withdrawn and distant.
Because he's a ripper, his mother, his sisters, and girlfriend have been watching over him carefully making sure that he doesn't go out of control and making sure he doesn't have to go through the same thing that Stefan had to his whole life.
Physical Appearance[]
Jax as a child.
As a baby Jax had light brown hair but then darken to a dark brown like his mother and ancestor, Katherine Pierce.
Now as a teen, Jax is very handsome and athletic like his father. He has a mysterious aura kinda like his mother and father. Jax has a tan complexion, getting it from his mother. He has curly, dark brown hair which is styled to keep his hair out of his eyes. Jax has a natural heartwarming smiling. Jax is of slightly above average height, about 5'11", and he has a lean, flat-muscled and athletic physique.
14 year-old Jax.
In regards to his clothing and fashion sense, Jax was generally trendy and casual. He likes wearing darker colors, sometimes seen in a white t-shirt. He likes wearing t-shirts, jeans, sneakers, and leather jackets. Jax is a casual, yet trendy dresser and he always looks neat, clean and well put together.
16 year-old Jax.
All though he can walk in the daylight without a daylight ring he wears his fathers large, silver lapis lazuli daylight ring on the middle finger of his right hand in memory of him. On the lapis lazuli stone bears the Salvatore family crest with the letter "S" for the first letter of his fathers first name. He often wears the Mikaelson, Petrova, Labonair, and Salvatore crest.
As a Labonair, he has the Crescent birthmark on his right shoulder, just like his mother, siblings, and distant relatives, Eve and Lana, and the Hollow. In his wolf form, Jax possesses light brown and white fur and has the typical glowing yellow eyes that comes with Lycanthropy.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a hybrid of three supernatural species a witch, a werewolf, and a vampire; the full extent and limits of Jax's powers are currently unknown.
Jax, her mother, and his siblings are Nature's loophole that could be used against Malivore. There is no facts if Jax can heal people who have been shot with weaponized Malivore bullets since it has not been seen.
Jax is a witch-hybrid, having inherited his witch gene from his mother, Alex. One of the Hollow's acolytes reiterates this sentiment when he states that Jax and his siblings might be the greatest witches the world may ever know.
After five years of being hidden from the world with his siblings, Jax has been able to heal insect wings with no formal training, with his bracelet removed. He's also had a connection to the Hollow, drawing her sigil, the Ouroboros, though whether that was an inherent connection or the link that was used in an attempt to sacrifice her, remains to be known. His connection to New Orleans soil, despite not being a apparent knowledge of the Ancestors, allowed him to communicate with them, where as non-witches could not. It is worthy to note that Jax has detected these events while still wearing his bracelet that blocks his power.
In Keepers of the House, while other children were unconscious as a result of being tied to a spell that was draining their energy, Jax was able to retain her consciousness like his siblings until his magic sealing bracelet was removed by Klaus. In High Water and a Devil's Daughter, Jax and his siblings would later use their telekinesis to break the salt circle that bound the spirit of Davina to the mortal plane, sending her back to the Ancestral Plane, and returned their father back to his body.
Seven years later, Jax has improved control over his magic as a teenager; however, such control is lost during bursts of anger. He has also shown skill in creating his own spells with his siblings, such that he and his siblings created a spell combined with a cloaking spell that he, Hope, Nina, and Lily performed on Alex, as he and his siblings was the one to kidnap her and lure Klaus back to New Orleans. He and his siblings claimed that it was the "perfect" cloaking spell and that it would keep her safe; despite this claim, she was kidnapped again.
While he, Hope, Nina, and Lily was the Hollow's vessels, containing both spirit and Dark Magic, there magic was amplified by that of the Hollow, as she whispered to them in her attempt to corrupt them. During this time, their telekinesis and pain infliction seemed to be amplified as purging their pain, by using their magic, seemed to be the only course of treatment.
Two years later, now with the Hollow expelled from their body, their magic seems to have become more stabilized and in their own control.
Jax is also part werewolf, having inherited the werewolf gene from his mother. Prior to triggering her curse, he displayed some increased agility and grace, above that of a normal human. Since he has triggered his werewolf gene, he has gained all of the powers of lycanthropy. In The Tale of Two Wolves, with Jax's first transformation with his siblings looming, Caroline questions that Crescent wolves could control their transformations. In response, Klaus states that the first transformation is a rite of passage and cannot be controlled. This implicates that his werewolf nature as an Evolved Werewolf with the ability of Transformation Control.
Jax in his wolf form.
Before dying he wasn't a full vampire-hybrid, but he did posses a few vampiric traits, specifically his blood. He's able to heal himself, such as when he sliced open his hand. His blood can be used to sire new vampires and hybrids. Now as a full vampire-hybrid his strength, speed, and agility has increased drastically. Jax is able to heal vampires from a werewolf bite.
Weaknesses[]
As one of the hybrid of all three supernatural species, the full extent and limits of Jax's weaknesses are currently unknown.
Emmett claimed that Marcel's advanced werewolf venom can take down a hybrid, an Original, and Hope Mikaelson and his siblings. However, he gave no evidence as to why it would or could be lethal to Jax, nor has this been proven to be true.
